Senior Technical Support
We are looking for Technical Support for a client providing IT and Telco services. You will provide support for products from the company's suppliers such as Oracle, VMware, Cisco, etc.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- You will be involved in technical support 24/6 and you will be occasionally on a call emergency
- You will provide technical support for a delivered solution, you will install software upgrades and troubleshoot problems within SLA parameters (cause identification, finding solutions, applying a solution to production)
- You will work in a team with senior colleagues who are willing to help you find the right solution
- You will communicate not only with customers, but also within the company with the sales and delivery team, developers, and vendors
What experience should you have:
- Education in the field of TI / Telco or interest in this area
- The advantage is to have experience in a similar position (helpdesk, L1/ L2 support, IT support)
- Knowledge of some of the following networking technologies: SBC, Application Server, DRA / DEA, STP or MGW and EMS - Nokia Genband Ribbon model G9 hiG 1800
- The advantage is to have a practical experience with troubleshooting, configuration of platform technologies such as Linux, Open Stack, virtualization, cloud, microservices, containers, orchestration, NFV
- Communicative English (B2)
