Solution architect / technical Project Manager

We are looking for a technical person with a strong IT background, strong team player without mental borders of single specialization. We’re looking for multi-skilled professionals, who enjoy a variety of tasks and challenges that typical software projects bring.
Good candidate is expected to have a natural willingness to learn new things, explore project options with other team members and make decisions, help with communication towards suppliers, customers and company. Structured approach with focus on guarding quality of the product and the brand.
You work here means:

• You understand or are willing to learn how the payment processing industry works.
• You’re making sure the project is moving forward on a daily basis.
• Helping to remove impediments for the project or for the team.
• Communication with product managers, suppliers and others and making sure that people are

aligned.

• You are able to inspect things yourself - for example check new functionality yourself, before it is

released to production.

• Oversee the releasing process or even actively manage it.
• Participate in roadmap creation, product expansion and so on.
• You are able to constantly challenge the processes and provide constructive feedback in order to

push for improvements.

• You are naturally curious and you’re able to monitor how things are going even after the release -

in production. For this, you’ll have tools ready - we use Kibana.

• You make sure that documentation from suppliers is in order.

Your profile:

• Although this is a senior position, you will still be required to have a strong willingness to learn

new things.

• Being able to facilitate discussions so that meetings are productive with a clear goal.
• From banking/card sector, online payments, e-commerce.
• Ability to explain technical details.
• Communicative, consultant-like.
• English + Czech; based in Prague is a must
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant positions.
• You are expected to have general curiosity, willingness to learn, examine how things work,

willingness to broaden your knowledge across different systems

• Open to ideas, ability to prioritize work and have a bit of a business mindset - not

over-engineering things where it's not needed, nor give support where it’s not worth it. Orientation to value delivery.
