What will be your key responsibilities:
What would be Your day-to-day tasks?
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers
- Providing professional support via phone/e-mail – guidance throughout our product portfolio
- Providing advisory, product suggestions
- Dealing with complaints from customers
What experience should you have:
- Communicative and empathic person who is open to face customers directly (advisory and support)
- Knowledge of German language on advanced level
- Knowledge of English language (internal communication)
- Previous experience in customer care is an advantage
