Specialist Consumer Service with German language - Home Office, if needed

What will be your key responsibilities:

What would be Your day-to-day tasks?
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers
  • Providing professional support via phone/e-mail – guidance throughout our product portfolio
  • Providing advisory, product suggestions
  • Dealing with complaints from customers

What experience should you have:

  • Communicative and empathic person who is open to face customers directly (advisory and support)
  • Knowledge of German language on advanced level
  • Knowledge of English language (internal communication)
  • Previous experience in customer care is an advantage
