Supervisor - DACH region

We are looking for a good leader for smaller team of client care specialists. We can offer you very friendly and stable working environment and interesting responsible job.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • devide daily tasks and supervise everyday team activities
  • coach and train your teammates, let them grow and learn
  • monitor activities, complaints and issues
  • participate in regular evaluation of team members and activities
  • you will be responsible for customer satisfaction and positive feedback
  • find ways for improvement and help your team with time management
  • ensure the quality and compliance of the internal processes and activities

What experience should you have:

  • current experience from team leader or supervisor role from client care/ supply chain/ logistics/ fmcg
  • knowledge of SSC processes
  • very good knowledge of DACH region
  • ability to really lead and motivate people, not to do their job for them
  • ability to make internal processes more efficient and better
  • to be able to work with bigger volume of orders
  • ability to communicate with clients on higher level
  • to be able to solve problems
