Talent Acquisition, AI & People Partner

Prague | Full-time | Hybrid | Czech native speaker

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition, AI & People Partner who combines recruitment expertise with a strong interest in process improvement, automation, AI, and modern HR technologies.

This is not a traditional recruiter role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building better ways of working, challenges inefficient processes, leverages technology to eliminate manual work, and acts as a true partner to hiring managers and business leaders.

You will own hiring while actively shaping how Talent Acquisition and People Operations evolve across Actum.

What will be your key responsibilities:

What you will do

  • Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering
  • Own end-to-end hiring across technology, delivery, commercial, and business roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and success profiles.
  • Conduct structured interviews and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Challenge assumptions and help hiring managers make better hiring decisions.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support workforce planning and talent strategy discussions.
  • Process Improvement & AI Adoption
  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve recruitment and people processes.
  • Evaluate where AI, automation, and modern HR tools can create measurable business value.
  • Design scalable workflows that reduce manual effort and improve employee and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve integrations between HR systems, ATS, reporting, and business tools.
  • Eliminate unnecessary processes and challenge legacy ways of working.
  • Actively contribute to building a more data-driven HR function.
  • People Operations & Employee Experience
  • Support onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and selected HR Operations activities.
  • Help managers navigate people-related topics and employee challenges.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Support the evolution of HR practices, policies, and employee experience initiatives.

What experience should you have:

What makes you successful in this role

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, or a similar role.
  • Experience in technology, digital, consulting, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong curiosity about AI, automation, HR technologies, and process design.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and turn ideas into practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently with high ownership and accountability.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking.
  • Good understanding of labor law and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Data-oriented mindset and ability to use insights to improve decision-making.
  • Fluent English and Czech.
