Talent Acquisition Specialist

What will be your key responsibilities:
- Responsibility for full recruitment cycle: from CV search, screening, and interviewing candidates, up to contract preparation and onboarding of new hires for the Czech market (except the factory)
- Active candidate sourcing and management throughout the recruitment process in close collaboration with the hiring managers
- Conducting necessary external research (databases, social networks, etc.) to source / identify prospective candidates and to develop the company target list
- Managing vendors (agencies, search firms, etc.) to drive the recruitment process toward a successful conclusion
- Cooperate in the execution of TA Strategy activities ( e.g. University relationships, Job fairs, Open days, Competitions, etc.) to strengthen employer branding + HR marketing
- Provide support to HR Business Partners in the talent management process and local Management Organization Development initiatives/projects.
- Deliver soft skills or professional recruitment/assessment tools training, collaborate on training offer preparation and execution
What experience should you have:
- 3 years experience in recruitment
- Advanced English
- Excellent communication skills and ability to easy establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders – candidates, hiring managers, P&C managers, and external partners
- Experience with Linkedin search
- Good organizational skills, ability to set up priorities easily
- Active professional, independent, and customer-oriented person with a clear drive for results
