Technical Support Consultant

Our client is one of the world’s leader company in digital identification and security technologies. Their ambition is to enable citizens and consumers to communicate, pay, connect, travel or vote safely while enjoying the opportunities of an even more connected world. They can take advantage of the best security and identity technologies, and offer customized solutions to international customers from major industries such as financial services, telecommunication, identity, security and IoT. Their Financial Business Unit is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join a group of professionals, who are working on bank card personalization, chip programming and cryptography.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Being a true advisor and providing solution design for Clients in the banking domain on card personalization, chip programming and key management projects
  • Managing the full delivery of the projects from understanding technical needs to creating specifications and project coordination with the development team
  • Acting as a point of contact between the Client and back-office technical teams (development, sales, customer service, production)
  • Configuration, validation, qualification of the cards based on the customer's requirements using specific company tools
  • Maintaining a close relationship with technical counterpart of the Client and follow-up with occurrent technical queries and issues
  • Participating in pre-sales activities, presenting products and providing trainings

What experience should you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing technical support, technical consultancy, system administrator or system analyst role within the field of IT/software development
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Understanding of bank card personalization and cryptography is a strong advantage
  • Experience in any of the followings: C/C++, .NET, Python, Java, web development is beneficial
  • Loyalty, being able to handle confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, being a facilitator and a good problem-solver
  • Can-do attitude, result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to efficiently coordinate various project participants and workflows
