We will process Your personal data to assess Your suitability for a particular job and to introduce You to our customer – employers. For this purpose, we and the Customer have to assess whether Your education, experience, personal and other characteristics meet the employer’s requirements.

What personal data do we process?

For the abovementioned purpose, we may process the following data: Your name, surname, date of birth, address, education, experience, profession, current and past position, personal and other characteristics, e-mail address, telephone number, information about Your communication with us and the potential employer, Your assessment results, Your image, etc.

Sources of Your personal data

We will receive Your personal data from different sources. Usually, from Yourself, when You submit Your CV, participate in interviews with us and the Customer, or communicate by phone, e-mail or other means of communication, answer questions, etc.

We will also receive data about You from third parties, e. g. Your current or former colleagues, employers or acquaintances. We will collect information and data about You in these ways only with Your consent or after notifying You in advance.

We will also collect data about You from other sources, such as pvz. our website, other websites (CVOnline.lt, Cvbankas.lt, cv.lt, cvmarket.lt, others, social networks, media, data registers, etc.

We will be able to combine the data received in different ways in order to obtain detailed and accurate information about You.

Who we transfer Your personal data to?

We will transfer Your personal data to our customers – potential employers. Together with us, they will be controllers of Your personal data. We will provide our customers with not more information than we process on the basis of this this Consent. We have entered into agreements with our customers, by which both parties undertake to protect Your personal data.

How long are we going to process Your personal data?

We will process Your personal data not more than 5 (five) years from the data of receipt of the present Consent. If at any time You express Your willingness that we stopped processing Your personal data, we will do so. Nevertheless, for the purpose of archiving and executing the contract with our customer we may keep Your personal data up to 10 years from the data of receipt of the present Consent.

Will we use Your personal data for direct marketing?

No.
