as joint data controllers (collectively "We", "Data Controller" or "CreativeDock Group")

may process my personal data:

  • identification data (name and surname including title, e-mail address),
  • contact details (delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address),
  • link to my LinkedIN profile,
  • information about my qualifications, education and work experience,
  • other information about me, including job and financial expectations and information I have provided in my CV or in communication and interview with Data Controller,
  • information concerning the evaluation of me as the candidate during the selection process, including the result,
  • other information relating to my work experience, qualifications and education which is available in the public section of my profile on LinkedIn, Github or other professional networks
  • data obtained in a previous selection procedure, to the extent similar to that mentioned above

for the purpose of including me in the database of applicants for job opportunities in the CreativeDock Group and possibly sending me a job offer or information about a new job opportunity and the selection process to my email address, via LinkedIN or by phone.

I am aware that giving my consent is voluntary and without this consent my data will not be included in the database of applicants for job opportunities.

 

How long do I give consent for?

I give my consent to be included in the database for a period of 2 years.

 

Who can my data be passed on to?

Your personal data may be transferred to our external processors who provide us with IT, marketing and other support services (e.g. recruitment). Your data will only be handled in the EU and Switzerland (there is a Commission decision on adequate protection) where it is protected.

 

Can I withdraw this consent?

I am aware that I can withdraw my consent at any time. I can do so by sending an email to: privacy@creativedock.cz.

Withdrawal of consent will result in the deletion of my personal data that the data controller is not obliged to archive under another legal regulation or that it does not process for the purpose of protecting its rights.

I also acknowledge that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.

 

What other rights do I have?

You have the following rights against us under data protection legislation, in particular the GDPR:

  • to access to your personal data,
  • to restrict the processing of your data (i.e. we will not delete the data, but we will not process it),
  • to correct and delete your personal data (if the legal conditions are met),
  • to object to processing,
  • to apply for data portability
  • to obtain information about a breach of security of my personal data.
