Account & Campaign Manager Rohlik Ads

As part of the international Retail Media team, the Account & Campaign Manager plays a critical role in delivering seamless advertising experiences for our advertiser and media agency partners in all our five markets (Germany, Austria, Czechia, Hungary & Romania). This role focuses on post-sales campaign management, technical implementation, and client support to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns while maximizing client satisfaction.

The Account & Campaign Manager will manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from collecting and validating assets to reporting and billing, while collaborating closely with media sales managers, graphic designers, and advertisers/agencies to create effective campaigns.

Reporting to the Director Retail Media Sales, the Account & Campaign Manager will contribute to building trust and long-term partnerships with advertisers and media agencies while ensuring that all campaigns deliver on promised metrics and exceed client expectations.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Post-Sales Campaign Administration:

  • Obtain and validate campaign assets (creatives, tracking pixels) from advertisers.

  • Perform thorough checks to ensure assets function seamlessly across desktop, mobile, and app platforms.

  • Schedule, upload, and manage creatives within the Rohlik Ads platform, ensuring timely approvals and campaign launches.

  • Prepare campaign performance data for invoicing and support financial reconciliations.

•  Campaign Execution & Monitoring:

  • Reserve campaigns with advertisers and ensure all technical setups in the Rohlik Ads system are correct.

  • Track campaign performance, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed impression goals and KPIs.

  • Troubleshoot any issues to ensure uninterrupted campaign execution.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create tailored microsites for campaigns.

  • Ensure microsites function optimally on all platforms, including desktop and mobile.

  • Advertiser Success & Relationship Building:

  • Provide advertisers/media agencies with weekly performance stats and detailed end-of-campaign reports.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers, addressing queries and resolving issues.

  • Identify upselling opportunities and recommend optimizations for existing campaigns.

  • Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

  • Optimize campaigns to deliver measurable results, leveraging analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies.

  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance and ROI for advertisers/media agencies and internal stakeholders.

  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance operational efficiencies and campaign outcomes.

  • Analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for Rohlik’s Retail Media business.

What experience should you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or campaign execution.

  • Proven ability to manage and execute campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 minimum).

  • Proficiency in one of our local advertisers’ languages (German, Hungarian, or Czech) is a plus.
