As part of the international Retail Media team, the Account & Campaign Manager plays a critical role in delivering seamless advertising experiences for our advertiser and media agency partners in all our five markets (Germany, Austria, Czechia, Hungary & Romania). This role focuses on post-sales campaign management, technical implementation, and client support to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns while maximizing client satisfaction.
The Account & Campaign Manager will manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from collecting and validating assets to reporting and billing, while collaborating closely with media sales managers, graphic designers, and advertisers/agencies to create effective campaigns.
Reporting to the Director Retail Media Sales, the Account & Campaign Manager will contribute to building trust and long-term partnerships with advertisers and media agencies while ensuring that all campaigns deliver on promised metrics and exceed client expectations.
