Accounts Payable Accountant

• Managing the company's accounts payable processes

• Reviewing invoices and reconciling them with monthly statements

• Aligning supplier statements with the financial system

• Keeping financial records, reports, and general ledger entries up to date

• Ensuring positive relationships with suppliers and addressing any inquiries promptly

• Conducting account analysis as required

• Supporting the month-end closing process

• Offering comprehensive insights and clarifications on all financial transactions

• Preparing necessary documents for audits.

• Carrying out additional responsibilities as needed.

• Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Payable position

• Comfortable communicating in English and possessing strong interpersonal skills

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with basic accounting practices and procedures

• Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFRS + good working knowledge of stock procedures and reporting
