Accounts Payable agent

TOU Customer Touchpoints team is in charge for the implementation and optimization of the end- to-end process chain of operations. AP Team is checking, approving, and handling the incoming invoices for the  customer and the activity within this position is connected to these agenda with target to provide the full service to our customer.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Processing written and verbal requests from customers and suppliers
  • Resolving complaints by the customer, communication with internal and external clients
  • Invoice verification
  • Processing tax and payment requests, working closely with the accounting and portfolio team
  • Processes requests also within or outside of team
  • Incident and problem management
  • Analysis and formatting of relevant data from SAP
  • Address suggestions for process optimization and close cooperation with the process management team and the customer in the area of process optimization
  • Cooperation within group-wide projects
  • Cooperate with team members, preparation and update of internal guidelines
  • Performs other technical, analytical, reporting and work-related tasks as requested by the supervisor.


What experience should you have:

  • Education: Secondary with leaving examination
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting (Accounts Payable) 
  • Good knowledge in SAP/Sintel R/3 (FI/MM)
  • Good skills in using Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)
  •  SAP and Salesforce skills
  •  Structured and independent work approach
  •  Strong sense of responsibility
  •  High attitude towards quality and accurateness
  •  Customer orientated working style, focused on solution
  •  Ability to work in team and willingness to work in an international environment / cultural sensitivity
  •  Very good communication and presentation skills
  •  Ready to work in a motivated and dynamic team
