We are a team of skilled professionals who are responsible for Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory Infrastructure, within Digital Hub Brno providing IT support for Heidelberg Materials – leader in construction materials.

Our main mission is to secure and automate every identity and access process with a focus on continues service improvement and stability. And more than that, we are involved in a variety of projects of varied sizes, where we are in constant collaboration with colleagues across the world.

We want you to help us to pamper our domain infrastructure, domain controllers, DNS, ADFS, PKI, Azure Active Directory and much more. You will also make sure that our applications follow their lifecycle plan.

What will be your key responsibilities:

What will you do:

  • Act as a Senior Administrator, that means keeping infrastructure according to industry best practices and latest security standards
  • Provide and implement service enhancement/improvement whenever needed
  • Working with support ticket tool Cherwell, like resolving incidents and raising changes
  • Preparation and updating of service related documentation
  • Provide consultancy to any existing/new client/user of the service
  • Provide 3rd level support for all issues related to the service and open support tickets with the vendor when required (Microsoft, Quest).

What experience should you have:

You are experienced in:

  • Windows Server 2012 – 2019 Active Directory
  • Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
  • Azure AD and Azure AD Connect
  • DNS services
  • Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken

What is beneficial:

  • Knowledge and experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and processes
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Graph API)
  • ITIL process awareness (incident, change and problem management)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Exchange Online)
