What will be your key responsibilities:

The Role

We’re looking for a Agile Project Manager to join our delivery team for an international client environment. In this role, you’ll act as a Delivery Coach / Scrum Master with a project management overlap, taking real ownership of outcomes and helping the team deliver consistently in a fast-paced setup.

You will lead a cross-functional delivery team of approx. 10 people (ACTUM developers + architects + client-side analysts/designers), with stakeholders based mainly in London and New York. The team works mostly remotely, and the product direction is driven by the client’s Product Owner — your job is to ensure delivery stays realistic, structured, and under control.

What experience should you have:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master / Delivery Coach / Project Manager in a software delivery environment
  • Strong ownership mindset: proactive, outcome-focused, comfortable with responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills (you can handle senior stakeholders and guide teams without ego)
  • Confidence in solving problems and navigating ambiguous situations
  • Ability to balance agility with practical delivery structure (plans, dependencies, reporting)
  • English fluency (the role runs fully in English; Czech is not required)
  • Comfort working with distributed teams and international stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Background that combines Scrum + traditional PM skills
  • Experience in agencies / consulting / delivery organizations
  • Experience presenting results and metrics to higher-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with performance / delivery metrics (throughput, predictability, cycle time, etc.)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the delivery process as a Scrum Master / Delivery Coach, ensuring stable execution and team focus
  • Add a pragmatic project management layer (planning, tracking, reporting, dependencies, “common-sense delivery control”)
  • Actively manage risks, blockers, and delivery issues — solve problems, don’t just observe them
  • Facilitate key ceremonies and working sessions (planning, refinement, retros, stakeholder syncs)
  • Work closely with the client-side Product Owner and stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
  • Ensure estimates and timelines are realistic — and help the client understand trade-offs
  • Track and communicate delivery performance through metrics, interpret them, and propose improvements
  • Support collaboration across roles and locations in a distributed setup
  • Be accountable for the overall delivery outcome and help the team continuously improve
