AI Solutions & Delivery Manager

As a Solution Designer, you will help shape Agentic AI and AI-driven solutions that turn business ideas into real, working products and services. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand needs, design smart solutions, and guide them from concept to delivery.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into clear AI solution concepts
• Design business and process models for Agentic AI and AI-based solutions
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, helping teams choose the right technical implementation options
• Assess existing systems, integrations, and operational setups to ensure smooth implementation
• Prepare solution designs, functional specifications, and cost–benefit analyses
• Support the implementation, testing, and approval of AI solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Lead AI-related projects and help drive them from idea to successful delivery

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice or Bratislava for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer.

The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).  

• Experience in designing complex IT solutions, ideally in the AI environment
• Good understanding of IT processes, business analysis, and quality assurance
• Hands-on experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Ability to understand and evaluate costs and benefits of proposed solutions
• Fluent English (B2/C1)
