- Plan, control, and fulfill complete application-based requests
- Install new versions of applications on classic servers or in the cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/FCI)
- Configure and customize applications to align with organizational requirements
- Monitor application performance and capacity, identifying and resolving issues
- Serve as the operational interface between Service Delivery, Management, Customers, Development, Vendors, and other delivery units
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations and troubleshooting procedures
- Perform updates, upgrades, patches, and security fixes
- Coordinate incident, problem, change, and escalation management, along with operational documentation
- Independently execute standard tickets to provide service according to KPIs
- Support Junior Administrators to enhance their knowledge
- Coordinate customer-requested and/or technical changes during the service lifecycle
- Work with agile tools on a daily basis
