Automation Developer Junior- we are looking for student - Bratislava region

To our Smart Automation Team of digital experts, we are searching for a colleague who will join us on our digitalization journey and will help us design and build the next generation of automation solutions using RPA, AI and Agentic AI technologies.
You will work with cutting-edge concepts, explore new AI capabilities, and help shape our future automation architecture. If you enjoy innovation, hands-on development, and solving real business problems together with great colleagues, we would be happy to welcome you to our team.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Performs a guided development under supervision
Controls processes, checks and supports day to day running of automation processes in the production environment
Suggestion on process improvements to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality.
Automation support, e.g. output control, license management support, application management support

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working.

What experience should you have:

Programming languages Visual Basic .Net, C#, Python – beneficial
Experience with automation and digital solutions like Blue Prism, DocuSign, ABBYY Flexicapture - beneficial
SAP – knowledge about database/data fields/tables/report creations –beneficial
Experience with complex international solution delivery - beneficial
Experience in the business processes and operations of a finance SSC – beneficial

Language knowledge:

English (fluent) - mandatory
German – beneficial

Personality requirements:

Ability to work independently and as well in team cooperation
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Readiness to travel (up to 10%)
