Rohlik is a data-driven company. We need a strong finance data analytics expert to transform our financial data ecosystem. The role focuses on optimizing financial data flows, systems integration, and advanced analytics to drive business value. You'll work at the intersection of finance, technology, and data science to enhance our financial data architecture and deliver actionable insights.
● Design and implement financial data integration solutions across multiple systems and platforms
● Build automated data pipelines for financial metrics and KPIs
● Develop advanced analytics models to identify financial trends, opportunities, and risks
● Collaborate with IT teams to optimize financial data structures and improve data quality
● Create scalable solutions for financial data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
● Lead initiatives to automate manual financial processes through data-driven solutions
● Partner with business stakeholders to understand their financial data needs and implement appropriate solutions
● SQL experience for financial data analysis and manipulation
● Experience with financial systems integration and APIs
● Knowledge of accounting principles and financial data specifics
● Proven track record of working with ERP systems and financial databases
● Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for financial analytics
● Understanding of financial data structures and relationships
● Knowledge of financial processes and metrics
● Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data architecture
● Ability to bridge technical and financial concepts for diverse stakeholders
● Good knowledge of languages: English at B2 level
