Branch development PL

Job duties includes:

• Responsibility for Polish expansion and participation in establishing new branches within the Polish region.
• Discussing new opportunities with company management and the subsequent acquisition of suitable / selected properties and land.
• Responsibility for object analysis, economic profitability assessment in combination with possible authorization, and investment planning.
• Project activities, processing expansion concepts.
• Preparation and control of project material.
• Processing calculations and negotiating the terms of the contract from the beginning till the contract conclusion.
• Negotiation with authorities, investors, brokers, and other external parties.
• Cooperation with brokers, municipalities, unions, and other business parties.
• Communication with owners, investors, and lessors.
• Preparation of basic parameters of buying and lease agreements and finalization of contracts in cooperation with the legal department.
• Processing reports about actual projects and presentation of the results in front of management.
• Monitoring of actual object proposals within targeted locations.
• Close cooperation with external service providers and internal departments.
• Facility and construction management.
• Control of spending.
• Management of building orders and repairs at branches.
• Management of the construction of new branches, reconstruction of existing ones, extension of places, and moving services.
• Communication with external service providers and participation in selecting new suppliers, giving recommendations to the central purchase department.
• Basic appraisement of building plans in the form of expert estimation.

We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and experiences:

• At least three years in real estate development /property management with a focus on the expansion in terms of opening new branches.
• A self-motivated, proactive person with an established relationship with investors, property owners, banks, law firms, and other third-party consultancies.
• Business abilities, excellent communication, and negotiating skills.
• Ability to solve technical problems providing a variety of options in a range of situations.
• Native Polish.
• Fluent knowledge of English is a must.
• PC skills
• Time flexibility, proactive approach.
• Driving license - willingness to travel all over Poland.
