Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst  for a long-term project starting ASAP.

Our client focuses on card issuing and acquiring services, such as fraud risk management, disputes handling, on-demand testing etc.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Collection and assessment of customer business requirements and identification of gaps against the existing standards/functionality
  • Ensure alignment with agreed standards and methodology
  • Preparation of business specifications, process flows, use cases and description of interactions between system components
  • Assistance during preparation of estimates and Indicative / Final offer for the customer
  • Cooperation with other departments during the test and validation process
  • Writing the user documentation
  • Cooperation with external and internal customers, suppliers, and card schemes
  • Project contains 10 members plus the same volume on client and vendors side, plus migration project is mainly focused on 3DS authentication and ecommerce transactions

What experience should you have:

  • Senior consultant with fluent English spoken and written
  • Analytical thinking, good communication and relationship building skills, problem solving and critical thinking, self-managing, facilitation, and coordination skills
  • Good technical background/understanding, experience in requirement assessment and write-up, system specifications and workflows / visual modelling
  • Knowledge in some business areas related to card processing would be preferred: authorization, clearing & settlement, card schemes certification. ATM / POS acquiring, transaction switching / routing and processing, card personalization
