Hello, My name is Pavel Kotek and I have been working at 2N for 12 years. I started at a position of an Account Manager and during my career at 2N I have worked my way up to a position of Sales director Lift. My goal is to expand a team that is focused on selling connectivity and emergency communication products for elevators. I am currently looking for a Business Development Manager who will be based in Prague and will be responsible for the area of the United States furthermore, its scope will include the market in Australia, Canada, England and Ireland as well. I believe all regions have a great growth potential.

Together, we will actively look for new opportunities on the market, as well as develop the partnerships we already have.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Actively addressing new potential customers in USA, Canada, Australia and England and Ireland.
  • Nurture and develop cooperation with existing customers abroad
  • Search for new business opportunities especially in the US market
  • Implement sales trainings for customers
  • Present emergency communication products for elevators
  • Take part in business trips and key exhibitions
  • Actively work with Salesforce system

What experience should you have:

  • Strong internal motivation and desire to achieve the goals
  • Technology and/ or elevator background
  • Autonomy, reliability, responsibility, curiosity
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Native English speaker living in Prague / Excellent communication skills in English (C2)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales manager
  • Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues across the company in a responsive and efficient way
