Business Manager - Prague | jobs.datacruit.com

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Manager to join an international team supporting clients within the gaming industry.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Support business owners with monthly reporting on spending, budgets, and business activities.
Coordinate compliance processes and ensure all purchasing requirements are met before procurement activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related questions and client support.
Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Assist with budget planning, spend tracking, and reporting.
Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business owners.
Work closely with an international team and participate in cross-functional initiatives.

What experience should you have:

Previous experience in compliance, procurement, finance, consulting, banking, corporate services, or a similar field.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new processes.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Project management experience is an advantage.
Interest in the gaming industry is considered a plus.
Fluent English.
