C#/.NET Back-End Developer

Detailed role description:

• You will co-design, implement and scale the back-end architecture of the Galytix platform
• You will work on end-to-end pipelines from database to the client interfaces
• You will work closely with our data scientist and data analyst teams on individual analytics features and their implementation from proof of concepts to production

Desired skills:

• Prior experience as a Lead Developer/Architect on data engineering intensive projects
• A computer science university degree from reputed university with a record of academic excellence
• At least 5 years of experience in building web-based applications on Microsoft .Net Platform including frameworks on .Net standard
• Experience across the whole development cycle: requirements setting, design, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, support
• Experience in scaling prototype solutions into enterprise sized applications
• Experience with data analytics intensive projects supporting complex visualization business requirements
• Experience with connecting variety of data sources and computational platform interfaces into flexible client services
• Experience with service-oriented architecture, asynchronous design patterns, pipelines, pub-sub pattern
• Experience with NoSQL databases, e.g. MongoDb
• Experience with data exchange API standards, e.g. XBRL, OData, WFS
• Experience with deploying apps into virtual cloud environments (Aws, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with setting up and running CI/CD pipelines
