Change Manager DTSE

The Change Manager drives the successful implementation and adoption of strategic transformation initiatives across DTSE entities. The role acts as the central coordination point between leadership, business functions, HR and local Change Ambassadors, ensuring effective execution, governance integration, stakeholder alignment, and realization of transformation outcomes.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Transformation Execution Steering

• Coordinates and steers the implementation of transformation initiatives across DTSE entities and organizational units.

• Ensures consistent execution of agreed transformation measures, actively monitors progress, identifies implementation risks, and drives mitigation actions to secure successful delivery and adoption.

Governance Integration

• Integrates change and transformation activities into existing program and project governance structures.

• Prepares decision-making materials, supports governance bodies with relevant transformation insights, and ensures alignment between business objectives, transformation activities, and leadership decisions.

Change Ambassador Network Leadership

• Builds, enables, and steers the network of local Change Ambassadors across countries and organizational units.

• Ensures consistent communication, knowledge sharing and execution of transformation measures while fostering local ownership and sustainable adoption.

Stakeholder Alignment & Transformation Communication

• Manages complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple organizational levels, functions, and countries.

• Drives alignment on transformation objectives, facilitates decision-making and ensures transparent, consistent, and targeted communication throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Adoption, Impact & Value Realization Management

• Defines and monitors transformation KPIs and adoption indicators to measure effectiveness and progress.

• Tracks realization of intended business outcomes and benefits identifies gaps between planned and achieved results and drives corrective actions where required.

Cross-Entity Transformation Orchestration

• Coordinates transformation activities across DTSE entities and ensures a consistent transformation approach, methodology and execution model.

• Facilitates collaboration between business functions, HR, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders to achieve common objectives.

What experience should you have:

Transformation Leadership

• Proven experience in leading complex transformation initiatives in international and matrix organizations.

• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation plans and ensure execution across multiple stakeholders and locations.

Program & Project Steering

• Strong program and project management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to coordinate complex workstreams, manage dependencies and drive execution in dynamic environments.

Stakeholder Management

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Ability to build trust and alignment across senior leadership teams, business functions, and geographically distributed organizations without formal authority.

Change Management Expertise

• Strong understanding of organizational change methodologies, transformation frameworks, and adoption approaches.

• Experience designing and implementing change interventions that support sustainable behavioral and organizational change.

Analytical & Performance Orientation

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define meaningful KPIs, interpret transformation data and derive actionable recommendations.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and value realization

Communication & Facilitation

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage audiences ranging from executive leadership to operational teams and create compelling narratives that support transformation objectives
