• Prepares decision-making materials, supports governance bodies with relevant transformation insights, and ensures alignment between business objectives, transformation activities, and leadership decisions.
Change Ambassador Network Leadership
• Builds, enables, and steers the network of local Change Ambassadors across countries and organizational units.
• Ensures consistent communication, knowledge sharing and execution of transformation measures while fostering local ownership and sustainable adoption.
Stakeholder Alignment & Transformation Communication
• Manages complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple organizational levels, functions, and countries.
• Drives alignment on transformation objectives, facilitates decision-making and ensures transparent, consistent, and targeted communication throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Adoption, Impact & Value Realization Management
• Defines and monitors transformation KPIs and adoption indicators to measure effectiveness and progress.
• Tracks realization of intended business outcomes and benefits identifies gaps between planned and achieved results and drives corrective actions where required.
Cross-Entity Transformation Orchestration
• Coordinates transformation activities across DTSE entities and ensures a consistent transformation approach, methodology and execution model.
• Facilitates collaboration between business functions, HR, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
