Chief Accountant/Accounting Manager
We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant/Accounting Manager to join our dynamic Finance team at Creative Dock. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Accounting Operations: Manage daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
- Financial Analysis: Provide key financial insights and analyses to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Audit Preparation: Liaise with auditors to facilitate comprehensive and efficient financial audits.
- Team Management (if applicable): Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence.
- Internal Controls: Develop and enforce internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial processes and compliance with regulations.
- Financial Software: Utilize advanced accounting software to maintain precise financial records and process transactions efficiently.
- Tax Compliance: Guarantee adherence to tax regulations and ensure the prompt filing of all tax returns.

Necessary Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Czech accounting principles, tax laws, and financial audits.
- Strong familiarity with accounting software, preferably ABRA, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to interact with tax offices and other state bodies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A people manager profile with international experience or an individual contributor with specialized expertise in accounting.
- Experience working on a project based finance is a plus
