Clerk with Croatian language/Službenik s Hrvatskim Jezikom

We are looking for a skilled member who speaks Croatian or Serbian to join our team. 

We provide full training and also the possibility of career growth in the field of digitization and the use of automation. We use innovative methods supported by artificial intelligence when working with data. In your position, you will have the opportunity to develop your personal and technical skills.

We have open communication with our customer in Croatia, excellent relations, and cooperation is going on a positive level.

We also cooperate intensively with our international teams in Nuremberg and Brno.

12 different nationalities work together in DTSE Slovakia and we speak 10 different languages.

What will be your key responsibilities:

All our colleagues have opportunities to use their accounting, communication, creative and technical skills in the field of:
• accounting for tangible assets,
• improvement and streamlining of accounting processes,
• when participating in international projects

Daily Tasks:

• Accounting and invoicing.
• Activities related to payment collection and allocation within the Customer Services Department.
• Activities related to dunning process and early collection.
• Working on regular and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

What experience should you have:

Education:

• High school diploma (with graduation).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Accounting (preferred).

Language Skills:

• Croatian – C1

• English – B2 

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• Experience with SAP FI/AR/RMCA is an advantage.

Other Skills:

• Experience in the financial field is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to plan and organize work effectively.

• Structured, precise, and independent work approach.

• Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
