What will be your key responsibilities:

What You Will Be Responsible For?

Data Engineering

  • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing.
  • Integrate and manage data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across platforms.
  • Automate data processes and monitor performance of data infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to manage access, storage, and security.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business and audience insights.
  • Prepare and visualize data for internal and external reporting.
  • Contribute to improving data models, systems, and reporting tools.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with other data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure accurate and available data.
  • Support reporting and analytical initiatives across departments.

What experience should you have:

What You Will Need to Succeed?

  • Proven experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL tools or modern data platforms.
  • Familiarity with Python or another scripting language is an advantage.
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other CEE languages are a plus.
