Fresenius Kabi Baltics is currently looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join their team and ensure that all operations adhere to the highest standards of regulatory compliance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving compliance systems, implementing global corporate policies, and supporting risk management. Your contributions will help ensure that Fresenius Kabi continues to deliver top-quality healthcare products that make a difference in the lives of patients.
What will be your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and enhancing local compliance systems – Ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to applicable compliance standards and regulations.
- Implementing global corporate policies – Adapt and localize corporate guidelines policies procedures to the local needs and regulations in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
- Supporting internal controls and audits – participate in audits, providing insights and driving continuous improvement in processes and risk management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and management – Foster strong working relationships to promote continuous improvement, efficiency and operational quality.
What experience should you have:
What we expect from you:
- A Master’s degree will be an advantage, providing you with a solid foundation for this responsible position.
- Experience in compliance, ideally within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar industries
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision in preparing and reviewing documentation.\Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Internal audit/risk management/GDPR experience is an advantage.
