Compliance & Governance Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join a core team and oversee corporate governance, compliance, and internal regulations.


What will be your key responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, supervision, and coordination of functional corporate governance and compliance. You will play a vital role in developing a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Key activities include:

• Participating in compliance and governance projects across the group.

• Identifying and monitoring compliance risks while ensuring corrective measures are in place.

• Drafting, reviewing, and administering minutes, decisions, and resolutions from company board meetings.

• Assessing risks related to licenses and regulatory requirements.

• Developing and maintaining effective KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes.

• Conducting internal compliance audits and risk assessments.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide essential compliance and governance guidance.

• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day administration for all companies within the group.

• Reporting compliance-related issues to senior management.

• Participating in the development and delivery of compliance training programs.


What experience should you have:

• Master's degree in Law (preferred), Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Advanced knowledge of corporate law across EU, Czech, and German jurisdictions.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.

• Fluency in English (minimum C1) and German (minimum C1), both written and verbal.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving regulatory environment.

• Knowledge of Czech.
