- Overall responsibility for all sales activities in the assigned region.
- Establish orders received budgets and forecasts for the assigned region based on identified market opportunities.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Select and pursue business opportunities to successful contracts in close cooperation with other departments.
- Develop client analyses, competitive analyses, winning strategies and action plans for all A-projects and ensure strategy implementation.
- Support the sales process and ensure compliance with given negotiation mandates.
- Manage negotiations with customers and partners.
- Prepare and execute customer workshops.
- Represent in internal and external events such as fairs and exhibitions customer events, workshops, etc.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies (including market opportunity and competitor analysis, budgets, forecasts, etc.).
- Identify and report on regional-specific market trends and ensure that project data are maintained and up-dated on a regular basis.
- Follow-ups for collection of payment.
