We are looking for a Content Lead to strategically lead and inspire a team in creating and delivering high-quality, engaging content that effectively communicates the brand's message and resonates with the target audience.
The core qualities of the Content Lead
- At least 1 year of experience in team management
- Content strategy development
- Content management systems
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Marketing management
- Content and campaign ideation
- How to structure website content
- Understanding of digital marketing and familiarity with offline/OOH advertising
- Experience with task management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
- What we need from Content Lead
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of copywriters, ensuring alignment with project timelines and team capacity.
- Develop and execute content strategies that support marketing objectives, product positioning, and brand voice.
- Craft website copy designed to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Ensure SEO best practices are present across the produced content
- Shape messaging and storytelling to convey unique product value and align with the customer journey.
- Support on creation of marketing campaigns, ensure the communication is on point and aligned with the audience and project’s needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Innovate by integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into content creation processes to enhance productivity.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and manage high-stakes deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with offline and OOH advertising channels is a plus.
