CRM Specialist

• Tailor and Develop Salesforce
  Work hand-in-hand with our external Salesforce partner and internal ICT department to make Salesforce a perfect fit for 2N’s ecosystem. Think of it as matchmaking, but for systems and processes.
  
  
•  Be the Connector
   Act as the crucial bridge between our internal teams and the Salesforce experts, making sure everyone is on the same page (and speaking the same language).
  
  
•  Understand, Analyze, Propose
  Listen to what our colleagues need, figure out how to make it happen, and create clear and actionable briefs for our Salesforce partner.
  
  
• Own the Process
  From initial ideas to final delivery, you’ll be in charge. Analyze, budget, test, and launch—whatever it takes to get the job done.
  
  
• Streamline Processes
  Help us make our internal processes work like a well-oiled machine, either by adapting them to Salesforce or tweaking Salesforce to fit us.
  
  
• Help with Reports
  Be the friendly face who helps colleagues create Salesforce reports that make sense to them.
  
  
• Train and Onboard: Be a teacher, a guide, and sometimes a cheerleader, sometimes a policeman, ensuring our Sales and Service teams know how to make the most of the system.

• Salesforce Know-How
  You understand Salesforce inside and out—its systems, data architecture, and processes. You’ve got at least 3 years of experience under your belt.
  
  
• Project Management Pro
  Managing multiple projects doesn’t scare you, and you’ve got a knack for keeping things on time and on budget.
  
  
• Business Translator
  You can speak “business” with our stakeholders and “tech” with our Salesforce partner, acting as the perfect interpreter between the two.
  
  
• Team Player
  You’re great at working with external partners and internal departments (especially ICT, Sales and Marketing).
  
  
• Problem Solver
  You see challenges as opportunities and always look for ways to make things better.
  
  
• Language Skills
  Fluent English is a must—some of our colleagues can order beer in Czech, but that’s about it. That said, if you speak Czech, it’s definitely a big plus and will make navigating local conversations a whole lot easier
  
  
• Organized and Cool-Headed
  Juggling tasks is your superpower, and you don’t let stress get the best of you.
