What Will You Do?

• Plan, create, and execute multi-channel retention campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, other) for both casino and sports products;
• Own the customer lifecycle - from welcome to win-back - ensuring players stay engaged;
• Segment audiences and personalize communications based on player behaviour and preferences;
• Collaborate with design, product, content, and analytics teams to deliver timely and relevant campaigns;
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimisation;
• Ensure all CRM communication is aligned with brand tone and complies with regulations.

You’ll Be Successful If:

• You're data-driven with strong analytical skills;
• You have experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (a strong advantage);
• You understand segmentation and personalisation to tailor journeys based on customer behaviour;
• You possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel);
• You’re organised, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple projects at once;
• You’re fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
