CUF Specialist with Polish language

We are looking for a CUF Specialist with advanced Polish language skills and a strong interest in financial processes. In this role, you will support end-to-end order-to-cash activities, including payment allocation, collections, dispute resolution, and financial reporting, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash activities, including payment allocation, collections, dispute resolution, fraud handling, and customer billing inquiries.
  • Ensure accuracy in accounting processes, cash flow forecasting, and pre-closing activities.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities, including internal controls (ICS) and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and third parties to resolve issues and ensure smooth process execution.
  • Prepare reports on Order-to-Cash performance and key financial metrics.
  • Identify and resolve process inconsistencies and actively contribute to process improvements, simplification, and automation initiatives.
  • Perform complex independent tasks within Accounting / Order-to-Cash and handle ad-hoc assignments.
  • Participate in project work and ensure high-quality, timely delivery in line with defined performance standards.

What experience should you have:

  • Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance-related role is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes (advantage)
  • MS Office proficiency 
  • Polish language - minimum B2 level (required)
  • English language - B2 (beneficial)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a structured team environment
  • Proactive approach to process improvement, problem-solving, and automation mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
