Customer Care Specialist - French and English

We are looking for dedicated and responsible Customer Care Specialists with native or near-native French and fluent English language for a significant, stable, international company in Prague to provide high-end customer care in a field of medical devices. 

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • providing support to customers via phone and email
  • handling product and service complaints and queries
  • responsibility for correct order handling and customer data maintenance
  • proving basic product support
  • implementation of processes and procedures related to Customer Care
  • promoting current campaigns and offers
  • cooperation with sister companies

What experience should you have:

  • experience in customer service field, preferably 2+ years
  • experience with order management
  • native French or at least C2 level, fluent English
  • knowledge of SAP is big advantage
  • excellent communication skills and pro-client orientation
  • computer skills
  • sense of detail, positive attitude, stress resistance
  • ability and willingness to learn new things
