Customer Finance Team Leader with Greek Language

• Hire, lead, and manage the team and be the first point of contact for the team and outside.
• Support the team spirit and continuous development of knowledge and skills and customer experience.
• Responsible for services/solutions delivery to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure according to agreed contracts and internal KPI
• Establish and maintain relationships with counterparts/clients and other stakeholders for effective communication.
• Monitor and review KPIs with customer (performance and quality)
• Identify process improvement measures and drive their implementation, incl. management of change in the team.
• Participate in escalation management.
• Set up regular communication channels internally and externally.
• Contribute to financial transparency of organization.
• Support other projects e.g transitions
• Participate on ICS controls.
• Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/ tasks 
  
  We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
  
  The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

• Education: University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economy/Accounting
• Experience: Min. 3 years of experience in business service centers either in financial area or leadership
• Language knowledge: Greek (fluent) and English (fluent), Slovak language is beneficial.

PC/IT skills:

• MS Office – advanced
• Experience with SAP (especially Modules SD/FI) beneficial.
