Customer Service Representative - Nordic language

Our client is an internationally known Norwegian manufacturer of prams and baby furniture, with products sold in over 50 countries and a reputation for innovative designs in the children's furniture sector. Over the years, our client has manufactured and designed a wide range of furniture, paying particular attention to ergonomics, uniqueness, and functionality.

They are currently looking for a Nordic Speaking (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) Customer Service Representative - (m/f/d) for their Sindelfingen office.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining customer data in ERP System (M3) and in the CRM system (SF) to assure 100% accuracy
  • Receiving, processing and tracking orders from customers by phone/E-mail/Chat and Social Media
  • Ensuring that orders are registered in customers software for shipment and invoicing
  • Issuing invoices and credit notes
  • Handling transport and product claims, returns, and exchanges from customers
  • Participating various other administrative duties of the team
  • Finding solutions with other functions in the company to meet customers´ unique requirements
  • Being flexible to participate in serving other markets, both serving retailers and end consumers in an international and multilingual team

What experience should you have:

  • Fluent in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish (C1) and good command in English (B2)
  • Commercial education or studies
  • Experience in a Customer Service role, Sales experience is considered as a plus
  • Strong service mentality, ready to implement the visions, philosophies and strategies of our client
  • Interest in working with and supporting international teams
  • Ability to work independently
