Cut-Over Manager Business Go-Live for Olympus program - Brno

As Cut-Over Manager Business Go-Live, you will be responsible for the successful business go live of the OLYMPUS project.

Your role involves steering all entities required to realize a successful business Go-Live of Olympus. It also constitutes in conduction regular updates of relevant decision bodies in all entities involved. Together with all organizations involved you plan and realize our Business Go-Live in January 2027.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Create and implement our Business Cut-over and Go-Live Concept
Lead Business Cut-Over teams in our Segments and NatCos.
Ensure Business Go-Live readiness of all organizations and users.
Ensure successful Business Go-live for all users.
Create our Business Cut-Over playbook, which defines all business Go-Live steps including the Cut-Over Weekend.
Manage Business part of Cut-over Weekend and start of Business on our new Olympus platform.
Provide regular progress reporting. Escalate issues to Cut-over team lead and the central project and local management

What experience should you have:

7+ years’ experience conducting cut-over for business go-lives in large scale programs
Strong oral and written communication skills in English language
Ability to effectively present and demonstrate project progress and results to business partners and on management level
Proven experience in managing end-to-end process and system integration projects
Strong leadership skills in resource planning, budgeting, and team coordination for complex projects/ rollout activities
In-depth understanding of business process design, solution design, and technical build phases
Knowledge of Cut-Over and Business Go-live procedures for technical Go-Live and Business Go-Live
Expertise in Business Go-Live and Cut-Over Set-up and Management
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and gap analysis capabilities
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and within an intercultural environment
