Cut-Over Manager for Olympus program - Brno

As Cut-Over Manager, you will be responsible for the successful business and technical go live of the OLYMPUS project.

Your role involves steering all entities required to realize a successful business Go-Live and technical Go-Live of Olympus. Together with all systems and organizations involved you plan and realize our Go-Live in January 2027.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Lead and steer Olympus Cut-Over: Business and technical.
Lead cut-Over team central and all local Cut-Over teams in our Segments and NatCos.
Ensure successful Business and technical Go-live for all users and local systems.
Create Cut-Over playbook, which defines all technical and business Go-Live steps including the Cut-Over Weekend.
Steer Cut-over Weekend and start of our new Olympus platform.
Provide regular progress reporting and escalate issues to the central project and local management

What experience should you have:

7+ years’ experience in Cut-over of large technical upgrades or rollouts
Strong oral and written communication skills in English language
Ability to effectively present and demonstrate project progress and results to business partners and on management level
Proven experience in managing end-to-end process and system integration projects
Strong leadership skills in resource planning, budgeting, and team coordination for complex projects/ rollout activities
In-depth understanding of business process design, solution design, and technical build phases
Knowledge of Cut-Over procedures for technical Go-Live and Business Go-Live
Expertise in Cut-Over Set-up and Management
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and gap analysis capabilities
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and within an intercultural environment
