We’re looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong Python experience to join our client’s newly formed Business Analytics team. The team is already delivering impactful projects and shaping key processes, with a focus on supporting purchasing and marketing. You’ll join a small, friendly group using modern tools to drive real business value.
• Work on meaningful data projects with real business impact (e.g. customer behavior, promotions, loyalty programs)
• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
• Build and automate reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially in Purchasing and Marketing
• In future projects, opportunity to learn and work on developing and implementing machine learning models in a cloud environment (primarily GCP)
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in a commercial environment
• Strong skills in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with libraries such as Pandas, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Jupyter
• Experience creating dashboards (e.g. Streamlit, Power BI)
• Knowledge of cloud (GCP), Git, CI/CD, or Kubernetes is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills in English (the main language in the team); German is a plus
