What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Work on high-impact, enterprise-level projects within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
  • Perform advanced data analysis, data mining, data modeling, data mappings, and participate in solution design.
  • Collaborate on international projects across Central and South-Eastern Europe.
  • Support data-driven decision-making and business intelligence across large-scale clients.
  • Be part of a passionate and mission-driven team that treats working with data as more than just a job.

What experience should you have:

Must-have:

  • Solid hands-on experience in business/data analysis and SQL or PL/SQL
  • Practical understanding of data mining and warehousing concepts
  • Previous exposure to the banking and finance domain
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Cognos, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured thinking
  • Fluent English (B2); German language is a big advantage

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with metadata tools (e.g. PowerDesigner, BI Architect)
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts
  • Consulting spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
