Data Scientist

We are looking for tech-savvy people to join our team on this exciting journey that feel comfortable in a HR business context.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making. 
    Develop and implement data science models to solve complex business problems.

  • Integrate data from various sources to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance data-driven products.
  • Utilize PowerBI to create compelling data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous data cleaning and preparation.
  • Communicate findings and insights through data storytelling and presentations.
  • Conduct data profiling, logging, and mapping to support data migration and maintenance efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and product development.

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer. 
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

What experience should you have:

  • University degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, data science development, and data integration.
  • Experience with data engineering and data visualization tools, especially PowerBI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a product development mindset.
  • Knowledge of HR, particularly in Talent Attraction and Sourcing, is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of German is nice to have but not required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field.
