We are looking for people who love building genAI-based products

We are not just a regular software house. We build ventures. We are seeking someone to take a venture project from prototype to deployment. In this role, you will work on our state-of-the-art algorithms and tools in AI and data science. Sometimes, you will also communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Our Data&AI team sits directly in the core of Creative Dock’s R&D in AI, supporting venture building from feasibility to scale.

Creative Dock is based on state-of-the-art technologies, AI, and an innovative mindset. Our tech stack is based on the usual free and open-source Python technologies.

What we need from a data scientist

Primarily, we need you to excel in the analysis of the full data stack. You can't do AI or programming without properly understanding the data and your clients’ needs.

Some of your typical assignments would be:

• Development of state-of-the-art AI-based technologies such as Autonomous agents, knowledge bases, retrieval systems, and many other cool technologies that will emerge in the near future
• Prototyping and Python development. Do not be afraid to use ChatGPT and other top-notch tools to make you more efficient.
• Statistical modeling. Because not everything can be done with neural networks.
• API access. Help other teams make use of your work by publishing an API.
• Automation and digitisation of a manual process. 
• Good old data analytics. Wrangle, visualise and help others understand. 
• Use and write some neat neural networks, develop an LLM agent to communicate with APIs and provide the customer with valuable results.

Recommended tech stack

• Data processing: pandas, NumPy
• Machine learning and AI: scikit-learn, pytorch, langchain
• API frameworks: Flask, FastAPI
• Database technologies: SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Gitlab with its CI/ CD, Docker
