Development Engineer | piezoelectric sensors

We are looking for an Engineer-Designer to join our Sensors & Transducers R&D development team in Czech Republic. We welcome applications from aspiring engineers - college graduates as well as from mid-level Engineers, who are eager to develop their expertise in acoustics, piezoelectric sensors and transducers as well as leadership and project management skills. If you have a strong technical foundation and motivation to learn, we will provide training and mentorship to help you grow into the role.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design and develop piezoelectric sensors and transducers with the aim to:
• Meet all application-specific requirements
• Ensure robust designs optimized for manufacturing
• Reduce material and production costs
• Introduce environmentally friendly alternatives
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, from initial case analysis to serial production
• Conduct analyses and measurements, assemble prototypes, and create relevant product documentation
• Develop project management skills to work independently and lead development projects
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements in sensor and transducer design, including attending conferences and trade shows focused on piezoelectric applications

What We Expect from You

• Master degree from physics, electrical or mechanical engineering
• Creative, open-minded, proactive approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Always learning and exploring new paths.
• English proficiency is required; Czech language skills are an advantage but not necessary.
