What will be your key responsibilities:

What You Will Do:

● Collaborate with teams on designing and managing secure and scalable system architectures.

● Monitor systems, proactively identify potential issues, and resolve them before they impact users.

● Deploy apps and infrastructure in GCP.

● Maintain and improve CI/CD processes, ensuring they are both efficient and secure.

● Ensure the security and stability of all systems, integrating security best practices into everything you do.

● Manage and maintain tools for team collaboration, keeping security and efficiency in mind.

What experience should you have:

What we expect from you

● Experience in working with Kubernetes or similar platforms.

● Experience or strong interest in working with cloud platforms and CI/CD (Gitlab).

● A strong ability to learn new technologies and methods, and apply them with a security-first mindset.

● The ability to think holistically, understanding the connections between various components of the system, with a focus on both security and efficiency.

● Knowledge of networking and system administration (Linux and/or Windows).

● A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for automation, scalability, security implications, and opportunities for improvement.

Bonus Points For:

● Experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure).

● Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).

● Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

● Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis).

● Experience with something from this stack: Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Mongo.

● Bonus points for anyone brave enough to tackle Windows Server or SQL from time to time. Some of your teammates might see it like handling a nuclear device or visiting the dentist – not exactly their favorite thing, but when you step up, it makes the team’s life easier!
