As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll help build and run cloud-native platforms powering ML/AI solutions. You’ll work with modern tech (GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD) to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable systems, collaborating closely with developers on cutting-edge data and AI applications.
• Working in a distributed DevOps team using agile practices
• Designing and operating GCP infrastructure for ML/AI workloads
• Managing Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD) and Terraform configurations
• Maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Implementing autoscaling and ensuring observability (Grafana stack)
• Troubleshooting across cloud, containers, and networking
• Improving reliability, cost efficiency, and developer experience
• Supporting and educating developers and data scientists
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office (Bratislava or Košice) for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
• 4+ years of DevOps or related experience
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar
• Strong cloud experience (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable)
• Kubernetes ecosystem (Docker, Helm)
• Terraform and GitOps (e.g. ArgoCD)
• CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab CI)
• Linux, scripting, and networking fundamentals
• Monitoring & observability (Grafana stack / ELK)
• Basic security awareness
• Autoscaling knowledge
