DigITal Global Operational Technology Cybersecurity Leader

DigITal Operational Technology Cybersecurity Leader plays a crucial role in strengthening the cybersecurity posture of our manufacturing facilities globally. As part of the global team, this leader will head the OT cybersecurity program.

What will be your key responsibilities:

As the DigITal Global Operational Technology Cybersecurity Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive OT security strategies: Develop policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives, industrial standards, and regulatory .
  • Scouting and implementing cybersecurity technologies: Focus on technologies specific to OT systems that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
  • Conducting risk assessments: Identify vulnerabilities in OT systems and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with teams: Work closely with regional organizations and manufacturing teams to ensure robust cybersecurity in OT processes.
  • Developing training programs: Cultivate a culture of cybersecurity awareness and compliance.
  • Maintaining adherence to industry standards: Ensure security frameworks meet standards such as IEC 62443, NIST800.
  • Providing expert cybersecurity advice: Produce technical documentation and support incident response plans.
  • Managing cybersecurity engineering team operations: Establish performance expectations and manage team budgets and resources.
  • Supporting audits and incident response: Aid in audit preparations and improve incident response plans.

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Processes, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing systems and OT environments.
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems and protocols (e.g., SCADA, PLCs).
  • Thorough understanding of OT systems and industrial cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST800).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
