What we need from a Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Campaign Management: Hands-on setup, optimization, and reporting of online marketing campaigns using advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and others.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Coordinate end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including performance marketing, social media, and emailing, ensuring consistency in messaging and timely delivery.
  • Campaign Planning and Strategy: Suggest budget and media mix to fulfill marketing KPIs in cooperation with marketing managers and digital marketing lead.
  • Performance Analysis: Use your analytical skills to track and analyze marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights. Create reports and present results to project management.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment across all marketing activities. Share your know-how within the digital marketing team, keeping an eye on trends in the industry, including AI adoption.

General requirements of the job:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with performance marketing using Google Ads and Meta (experience with other platforms is considered a plus).
  • Fluent in English and Czech.
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of trends in digital marketing, keeping up with trends in the industry such as AI tools adoption. Understanding of how performance marketing fits within other marketing and business activities.
