What we need from a Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a yearly marketing plan, including campaigns, communication, and content strategies, aligned with business objectives and trends.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and timely delivery.
- Brand Alignment: Act as the custodian of the brand by ensuring all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and communicate a unified message.
- Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.
- Content Strategy: Design and oversee a comprehensive content calendar, including written, visual, and digital assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee & set up activities held on digital channels, including social media, emailing, and online advertising, to maximize online presence and engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment across all marketing activities.
- Budget Oversight: Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize impact and resource allocation.
General requirements of the job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and task management tools like Asana or Jira.
- Fluent in Czech and English.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
