Digital Process Management Coordinator

As a Senior Digital Process Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our digital transformation strategy within the Center of Excellence for Digital Process Management (CoE DPM). You will be responsible for the co-management of the CoE DPM and for achieving defined KPIs, ensuring alignment with the overall vision of DTSE and Deutsche Telekom.

In this role, you will co-lead strategic and operational activities within the CoE, managing the preparation and execution of projects, including defining objectives, budgets, resources, structures, and project phases. You will coordinate employees across DTSE CZ and other DTSE locations, ensuring effective collaboration, resource allocation, and performance quality. Additionally, you will act as a program manager for large- and mid-scale transformation and digitalization projects, driving innovation and excellence across the organization.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best-in-class digital processes, tools, and methods within your area of responsibility
  • Manage relationships with DTSE management, key stakeholders, and customers, including communication and acquisition of new business opportunities
  • Lead complex, cross-functional, and international transformation, digitalization, and reorganization projects – ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality
  • Take co-responsibility for P&L related to your team, overseeing costs, revenues, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and mentor employees across DTSE locations, providing performance feedback, supporting their professional development, and ensuring service excellence
  • Actively contribute to business growth by identifying and developing new customers for digitalization services
  • Oversee project execution, steering plans, and resource management for national and international CoE DPM projects
  • Act as the first escalation point for project-related issues and ensure effective problem resolution
  • Co-manage the CoE DPM and represent it towards existing and potential customers
  • Own and manage assigned IT platforms, ensuring their efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Lead, organize, and evaluate team performance, ensuring task execution, professional development, and effective collaboration
  • Present project results and progress to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making

What experience should you have:

Must have skills:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • University degree in Economics or Information Technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in international digitalization projects, coordinating teams of 30+ people
  • Strong hands-on experience with digitalization tools and processes, especially in digital process management
  • Experience in international shared services
  • Strong consulting mindset, with excellent presentation and communication skills at management level
  • Proven customer experience in consulting, selling, and implementing digitalization projects
  • Practical experience in line management, including employee coordination, mentoring, and functional steering
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • High leadership capability, empathy, and team-oriented, servant leadership qualities
  • Strong teamwork skills combined with responsibility, structure, and focus on quality
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
  • Professional, corporate, and service-oriented approach

Nice to have skills:

  • Previous experience in consultancy or in the finance area of an industrial company
  • Knowledge of Slovak/Czech or other languages
  • Experience with advanced digitalization platforms and tools within DT
  • Experience in steering and managing large-scale international projects
